New subsidiary office in Groningen - October 2011
Prospectory has moved its Groningen office to the Zernike Park (Idea Center) on the north side of the city, close to the Groningen University campus area. At the same time, we are now able to use a training office in Amsterdam (called Koetshuis Sloten), which is conveniently located between the heart of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.

Preparing Mystery Shopping at AutoRAI 2011 - February 2011
The Amsterdam Motor Show will take place from 12 to 23 April and Prospectory will conduct mystery shopping research to monitor the "booth performance" of several car brands. This is the 3rd time in a row that this survey enables car importers to evaluate its live communication towards visitors on a daily basis, which enables them to identify and address any issues.

Sponsoring "turtle runner" at Tokyo Marathon - February 2010
In order to raise money for charity, Paul ten Donkelaar, one of Prospectory's business partners, decided to run the marathon of Tokyo. Paul who participated at several of our squash events in the past, qualified his endurance as that of an old turtle before he started preparing for the race. Much to our relief, our sponsoring was worthwhile; he finished the marathon in 5,5 hours. Well done, Paul!

Dutch IT-company Connected Software has developed a solution to connect systems in an amazingly fast, reliable and affordable manner. Mystery Shopping at Amsterdam AutoRAI - April 2009
During the latest edition of the Amsterdam Motorshow (1-11 april 2009), Prospectory conducted a mystery shopping survey for a number of car brands. Focusing on the customer experience in terms of customer centric behaviour, BMW showed the best performance in the benchmark with an average score of 8. eDX workshop for Dutch automotive industry - November 2008
Prospectory successfully hosted an eDataXchange Workshop for the automotive industry in the Netherlands, on 28 November 2008 at ISVW Conference Center in Leusden. More than a dozen car brands joined the Workshop, where mr. Marcus Hodgkinson, ceo of Sophus3, presented his view on online automotive trends in today's European market place. Mr. Luca Andreose gave a live demo of the new eDX system, which is one of the leading automotive online benchmark tools in the world.

Training session starring Dick Jol - March 2008 Holland's best football referee, Dick Jol, was the special guest speaker at one of Prospectory's training sessions for HP Netherlands. During his keynote, he explained that a thorough preparation is of crucial importance to being successful. Dick was voted Dutch 'Referee of the Year' in 2007/2008 and he is the only Dutch referee who has the Champions League final (2001) on his track record. No wonder that his ability to handle stressful situations sets a nice example for any professional.

Mystery shopping TERTS - November 2007 During The European Road Transport Show at Amsterdam RAI exhibition centre, Prospectory performed mystery shopping services for various automotive brands. As one manager at one of the surveyed booths stated: "this feedback is extremely valuable, not only for our sales persons, but also for us as a brand to see if we have done our best to create a customer focussed experience for the thousands of visitors who pass us by.".

Sponsoring of St. Radboud hospital - September 2007 Mayor Thom de Graaff of the city of Nijmegen received the first CD of the JCI Band. This CD was produced by members of Junior Chamber International in the Netherlands, to support scientific research for chronically ill children at the Academic Children's Hospital St.Radboud of Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Prospectory (i.e. Equerya) was one of the key sponsors of this project.

Saab scores best at AutoRAI - April 2007 Prospectory did a mystery shopping survey during the bi-yearly Amsterdam Motorshow. Saab came out with the best customer performance. "It speaks for itself that we are very satisfied with the results of this survey", said mr. Kees van den Berg, General Manager of Saab in the Netherlands. "The Saab staff at the AutoRAI-booth and within our dealer network have been carefully selected and received an extensive training, not only for product knowledge but also for a customer friendly and customer oriented approach. This research by Prospectory (previously Equerya) emphasizes that we have made the right choice by doing so.".
