Personal Coaching

Prospectory offers several coaching routes for a period of 6 months during which a company employee is accompanied during his/her daily activities. By means of an initial interview a number of topics are formulated by the employee and the coach. These topics are translated into objectives that have to be achieved by the employee by the end of the coaching period. These objectives are put into a coaching contract in which agreements are fixed concerning the desired style of coaching, culture, frequency and reporting.
Prospectory offers coaching for professionals at mid- and higher-level management. There are three different levels of coaching for which improvement of internal and external customer focus is a main issue. Apart from these three, we also offer ad hoc presentation coaching for professionals and sales coaching.
Customer Focus Coaching Customer Focus Coaching provided by Prospectory will help you to be more consciously customer-oriented. Services offered by our company include coaching on how to: obtain, structure and prioritise customer needs and requirements; upgrade your products to the easy-buy and easy-understand level; improve customer loyalty; identify and select appropriate tools for supporting your customer-focused objectives.
It has to be mentioned that coaching does not mean gathering your data for you. The role of Prospectory is to ensure how your company can reach your customer focus goals and be there for you until you reach them. We do not interfere with your existing expertise, we provide advice, assist with moving forward and help to develop strategies and solutions.
Personal Coaching A personal coach helps to identify obstacles and the ways to deal with them. However, let there be no misunderstanding. At the end of the day the employee has to do the work individually. The coach does not overtake the role of an employee, the coach is there to help you develop your skills and abilities better and faster. Think of a football game: the team’s coach is not playing with the team, he is there to co-ordinate the actions, but it’s the teams responsibility to make the winning goal. In other words, personal coaching assists you in developing your personal skills, be aware of your full capabilities, build self-confidence and broaden your vision.
Executive Coaching Executive coaching means learning to manage more consciously. As a coach, Prospectory assists mid- and high-level managers to develop and advance leadership skills. The main focus lies in the executive role that has to be carried out and its long-term outlook. Our coaches will help you to orient more on achieving greater results with consistency and integrity. Additionally, coaching is designed to not only look at the positive features, but to help avoid making similar mistakes and getting stuck into negative patterns.
